With a new project on the way, Soulja Boy is ready to make an even bigger impact than he already has this year. Over a decade ago, the rapper blessed us with "Crank That Soulja Boy," a track that ended up living forever. Until a few months ago, Big Drako was destined to continue his downward spiral. However, he managed a way to switch his previous L's to W's. His video game consoles actually ended up earning him money and he became a walking meme after his viral "Drake?!?" interview. He's released tons of new music in the last few weeks and today, he comes through with a re-imagination of his iconic song.
No longer are we cranking that Soulja Boy. Now, we're onto new things. "Crank That Big Drako" is a track from Soulja's upcoming project and it has just been shared a little early with the fans. With production by Drako himself, the rapper brings back the memorable "Soulja Boy Tell 'Em" tag at the beginning of this cut. Unfortunately, it doesn't hit as hard as the original "Crank That" did but we're sure Soulja's diehard fans will enjoy this nevertheless.
How Can You Blame Me? is currently set to release in July. Are you feeling the new Soulja Boy?
Quotable Lyrics:
Big Drako rock Fendi hoe
Watch me crank and watch me roll
Real shit, n***a got bricks for the low
Watch me crank that Big Drako
