Houston is one of the biggest cities in the nation, and has a long list of hip-hop artists that call the city home. James Harden gave back to Houston for his annual #JHtownWeekend charity event this past weekend, and several hometown celebrities showed up. Like many other celebrations themed around a celebrity, Harden elected to help the community via his own foundation, 3thehardenway. Among the events for the weekend, Harden hosted a celebrity softball game, basketball game, and a comedy show.
Travis Scott and Meek Mill both showed up to contribute to the charity and participate in the activities. Travis was having the time of his life, and a video of him playing in the celebrity softball game shows La Flame hit a home run while the stadium bumps his music.
Another clip from the weekend highlights a showdown between Travis and Meek Mill on the basketball court. Meek easily tosses in a layup over Travis, but La Flame takes the ball down court and sinks a three over Meek in return.
Chris Paul, John Wall, Donovan Mitchell, DeMar DeRozan, DeRay Davis, London On the Track, Trae Tha Truth, Draya Michele, and Sevyn Streeter were just a few of the other celebrities that participated in the games for the event.
