In case allegations from numerous women and young girls against R. Kelly, claiming he has sexually assaulted them, is not enough, now the singer may have to deal with the repercussions of making threats against somebody's life. With details coming out about the apparent abuse suffered by R. Kelly's victims, many have turned against the "Ignition" singer, with Spotify starting an "Anti-Hate Policy" and removing his music from their playlists. Digging himself an even deeper hole, reports are now stating that R. Kelly's manager allegedly phoned the father of Joycelyn Savage, one of Kelly's alleged sex slaves, and threatened to murder him.
According to TMZ, Timothy Savage is claiming that R. Kelly's manager, James Mason, called him on Wednesday and threatened his life. Savage said that the man came for his entire family, exclaiming, "I'm gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I'm gonna get you, I'm going to fucking kill you." Since he is currently wrapped up in some extremely serious drama, it's probably not the greatest idea to have your manager spout off against the people accusing you. While Joycelyn Savage asserts that she is staying with R. Kelly under her own will, she revealed that Kells has been holding her and other women captive in his home, using them for an alleged sex cult.
Savage's father has reportedly informed the police about the threatening phone call, which was witnessed by at least one other person as it was a three-way call. As details surface, we will continue to update you.
