There is no doubt that Danielle Bergoli AKA Bhad Bhabie is on the come-up. When people got a sneak peek of her Billboard magazine cover, it felt like it's a wrap in those terms. Turns out, the cover was a wrap, literally.
The young rapper purchased a wrap advertisement from the publication. Essentially, the paid ad makes it appear as though the artist snagged the cover when her image is actually laid over the real cover boy, Lil Wayne.
Bhabie is shameless about her purchase. She hopped onto social media to flex with it, claiming to be a "boss" because of her buying power.
"u know you a boss when u can buy the cover of magazines💰I worked my ass off to be where I’m at, invest in myself, so now I’ll buy whatever the f*ck I want 💁♀️ Y’all can’t tell me sh*t !!💋 shoutouts to @billboard for taking my $$"
Investing in one's self is objectively a sign of future success. Still, we can debate whether this move actually proves anything that would benefit the star in the making in the long run. Her fame, until most recently, has been attached to her bratty attitude like her moniker suggests.
Bhad Bhabie's appearance on the front of Billboard's publication does not bring any additional credibility to her music, so much as it demonstrates the high volume of stacks she's been able to accumulate in such a short period of time.
