Skinnyfromthe9 caught a buzz in 2018 but he's clearly looking to increase that this year. He faced a few setbacks last year that prevented him from really blowing up. The rapper was arrested on kidnapping charges last year. He also shared the same manager as Tekashi 6ix9ine, Shotti and. However, since the demise of the Tr3yway camp, Skinny's been holding things down on his own. Towards the end of 2018, he released his project, It's An Evil World. Today, he returns with his latest single, "Don't Drown."
Skinnyfromthe9 is back with his new single, "Don't Drown." The track follows the release of "Problems (Breed)" which he dropped last month. "Don't Drown" was produced by Yung Lan who delivers a guitar-heavy instrumental for Skinny. It's a promising single from Skinny that has the potential to gain more traction.
Quotable Lyrics
I was just broke the other day
Now my pockets they on heavyweight
But fifty a n***a like leatherface
Took the family to a better place
