Kim K backs her boo, falls into a trap door.

Kim Kardashian is loyal to the cause, even if it compromises her own "air of intelligence." But when it down to defending her husband over his "slavery is not a choice" hot take, she made the mistake of misquoting him. In a segment that will air on next week's episode Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim makes erroneous claims to defend a "defenseless position;" see below.

The issue of falsehoods hits close to home for the Jenner/Kardashian clan, as evidenced by the recent Travis Scott cheating photos proven false. So it's no surprise to see heiress speak on the subject, on a show that has "international outreach." On the subject of husband Kanye's slavery comments, Kim contends, "If you listen to what he said, he said, 'Slavery was 400 years? If it's gonna be another 400 years, that sounds like a choice to me.' He didn't say, 'Slavery is a choice.'"

The problem is Kanye is actually being misquoted; spot the difference? -- "When you hear about slavery for 400 years, for 400 years??? That sounds like a choice. Like, you was there for 400 years and it's all of y'all?" - Kanye West on TMZ. Unfortunately Kim, Kanye West's words were not misconstrued by the media, this ONE time.
