It was previously reported that Beyonce's former drummer, a woman named Kimberly Thompson, requested a restraining order against the Houston singer claiming she had practiced "extreme witchcraft" against her in an attempt to monitor her and control her finances. In court documents obtained by The Blast, Thompson is on record saying Beyonce used “magic spells of sexual molestation,” and even murdered her kitten.
Thompson maintained a working relationship with Beyonce for approximately 7 years. She performed as a part of Beyonce's all-female band, traveling with the singer across the world and playing an instrumental role in the success of her tours which have grossed millions. She detailed Beyonce taking drastic measures to surveil her, claiming that the "Lemonade" singer and mother of three went as far as tapping her phone to ensure that she had her eye on Thompson at all times.
According to a new report by The Blast, the aforementioned restraining order has been thrown out of court. Thompson's request for a restraining order was initially denied by a judge, pending a hearing. The hearing was scheduled to take place today but Thompson was not present, and neither were representatives for Beyonce. Unsurprisingly, the judge has proceeded to dismiss the entire case.
