Ryan Leslie's 2010 Cadillac Escalade has been seized after the singer failed to make sufficient payments towards his $1 Million debt.

The case of Ryan Leslie's lost laptop is a strange one. The singer had offered a $1 Million dollar for the return of his laptop after it was stolen in Europe in 2010. When it was eventually recovered by a man in Germany, Leslie refused to pay the finder's fee, arguing that the music files on the laptop (which were the real value to the singer) were absent.

A judge later ruled that Leslie had to pay his reward anyway, but new reports suggest he's been taking his time in doing so.

According to the NY Post, Ryan has only paid $5,000 of the reward so far, and in response, New York City marshals have seized his 2010 Cadillac Escalade.

The "fully loaded" vehicle apparently features power steering, power windows, DVD players, and third-row seating, and will go up for auction September 9th.

The car was taken from Leslie's posession on August 8th, so far no other property has been repossessed.

Court documents report that the singer's performances generate hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, making his lack of payments inexcusable.
