Golden State Warriors' All-Star Draymond Green hasn't had a memorable performance in the Western Conference Finals thus far. And if he has been involved in something worth mentioning, it hasn't been pretty for Warriors fans.
For instance, Draymond has been on the receiving end of a posterizing dunk by James Harden, he's been rejected by the rim on a dunk, he was viciously shut down at the rim by Clint Capela on a dunk attempt last night, and he fumbled away the Warriors' final possession with a chance to tie the game. Not to mention, he passed the ball instead of calling a timeout following Trevor Ariza's missed free throw in the final seconds, which prevented the ball from being advanced to the front court.
Enter: Lil Duval.
The comedian took to social media last night following Houston's 98-94 Game 5 victory to rip Green to shreds.
The series is far from over and Green, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, will have a chance to redeem himself in Game 6 tomorrow night at Oracle Arena. And he's supremely confident the Warriors will not only win that game, but also the Game 7 in Houston.
"We'll be back here for Game 7," Green told ESPN.com's Chris Haynes.
"We still winning this," Draymond told Marcus Thompson of The Athletic. "Book it."
