Teigen gets candid about her post-pregnancy methods.

Chrissy Teigen has never been shy about sharing snippets of her personal life. Earlier this year, Teigen gave birth to her second child with husband John Legend. Miles Theodore Stephens is now three months old, and Teigen recently sat down to talk about a number of topics with Rita Braver on Sunday's Best: Celebrating 40 Years of CBS Sunday Morning. A teaser for the interview was released online, which features Teigen speaking about postpartum depression. Postpartum depression is experienced by up to 1 in 7 women, and it can drive a new mother to the point of madness. Teigen has spoken about her experience with postpartum depression in the past, but she candidly revealed to Braver that she found a cure after her second pregnancy.

"I don't think I can have you eating your placenta on primetime," Rita joked after Chrissy explained her method of stopping postpartum depression.  "Really? That's not a normal thing?" Chrissy replied. "I'm in L.A., it's very normal. They grill it here. You can try some of mine after." Teigen also spoke about her outlook on her body after having two children. "I really prefer being happy and getting to eat things that I love, still wanting to be healthy," she explained. "But I just don't care about looking good in a swimsuit anymore. I guess that's the only way to put it."

Sunday's Best: Celebrating 40 Years of CBS Sunday Morning airs Friday night at 8 PM on CBS.
