A couple weeks ago Donald Trump addressed the controversial Stormy Daniels lawsuit for the first time publicly on Twitter. The President was referencing a sketch of the man who allegedly came up to Stormy in a parking lot years ago, threatening to take her away from her daughter if she talks about her affair with the President. "A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!" he tweeted.
Since Donald's statement on the matter, TMZ reports that Stormy is now filing a second lawsuit against Donald claiming he's defamed her by questioning her story. She states that Donald not only defamed her by lying, but also by accusing her of committing a crime - that's falsely accusing someone of a crime.
“I was in a parking lot, going to a fitness class with my infant daughter," Stormy said of the encounter. "And a guy walked up on me and said to me, ‘Leave Trump alone. Forget the story. And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, ‘That’s a beautiful little girl. It’d be a shame if something happened to her mom.’ And then he was gone.”
