The masked superhero is feeling left out.

In the wake of the outstanding success Avengers: Infinity War is currently experiencing, Ryan Reynolds celebrated the film's vast achievements in a comedic manner. The Canadian actor posted on Twitter a rejection letter his Deadpool character received from none other than Tony Stark, a.k.a Iron Man.

The message emphatically rejects Reynolds' plight to join Stark's band of superheroes as they tackle Thanos' reign of terror. "No. Absolutely not. Go bother Prof. X. No," pens Iron Man.

In an adjoining message, Reynolds still congratulates the historic success of Stark and co., writing "from a guy who never knows when to quit, I’m glad you guys never did. Congrats."

Deadpool's exclusion from the Avengers: Infinity War is perhaps a result of conflicting studio interests. While both projects are helmed from the ceaseless juggernaut that is the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Deadpool is distributed by 20th Century Fox, while Disney claims ownership of the Avengers franchise.
