After the success of their last single "Thrift Shop", Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have added another platinum hit under their belt. The duo's recent single, "Can't Hold Us", has officially hit platinum.
After putting out one of the top videos of the year last week with "Can't Hold Us", the duo can't seem to miss right now. Their record "Can't Hold Us" features Ray Dalton and serves as track number 2 off their recent album The Heist. It currently sits at the #2 spot on the Billboard charts and can be purchased via iTunes here.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have made Billboard history this week. The inescapable "Can't Hold Us" hit platinum a few weeks ago, and has now made it's way to number 1 on the Hot 100, making the group the first duo in the history of Billboard to have it's first two singles top the charts.
The single moved 262,000 units this week, and spent a third week atop the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
