Travis Scott continues to find success.

For any rapper, the platinum plaque is a yardstick on which they can measure their success. If a song hits platinum, that's a sure sign that they're on to something big. Not that Travis Scott really needs anyone to remind him that he's made it as a rapper, but he might still find some satisfaction in finding out that his 2016 single "Goosebumps" has gone quadruple platinum.

The track, which was the second single released off his sophomore album, Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight, was not a smash hit on first appearance. Despite having a feature from one of the biggest rappers in the world, Kendrick Lamar, it debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at the 92nd place. The song did eventually gain some traction, peaking at number 32 on the list, marking Travis' third top-40 hit, alongside his other hits "Antidote" and "3500." Just over a year ago, on March 28, 2017, the song was officially certified platinum.

Now the song is almost halfway to diamond certification, but it still has a long, long way to go before it gets that far. In the meantime, Travis Scott isn't slowing down either, gearing up for the upcoming release of his next album Astroworld, which has already produced a smash single in the form of "Watch," featuring Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West.

Congratulations to Travis Scott on his successes, and many more platinum plaques in the future. For now, perhaps he could do the rest of us a favor and drop the album already.
