Juice WRLD writes sins, not tragedies.

These days, a subgenre of emo rap has emerged and seemingly thrived; all those scene kids circa 2008 forsake the "screamo" wave and gravitated toward hip-hop culture. We've seen the genre flourish through artists like Lil Peep, Trippie Redd, XXXTentacion, Lil West, and of course, the melodic stylings of Juice WRLD. Now it would appear that Juice has reached the next logical conclusion, tying the proverbial bandana around his neck, parting his hair to one side exclusively, and reaching the deadly final stage of his emolution

In honor of the level-up, Juice WRLD has linked up with Panic! At The Disco, a band that brought emo music to the forefront of the mainstream. Songs like "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" and "Lying Is the Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off" established frontman Brendon Urie as a chief contributor of MSN and Facebook statuses for wayward teens, a torch that Juice WRLD has picked up admirably. In that regard, it's no wonder that the pair eventually joined forces to collaborate on some music.

From the sound of the brief snippet, Urie and Juice WRLD seem to be trading Autotune-drenched melodies, crooning the age-old schoolyard chant of "roses are red, violets are blue." While we have yet to see the overall direction of the track, it seems like the collaboration will likely establish Juice as the stalwart guard between the realms of emo and rap. Stay tuned for more news on this development.
