New Cardi on the way!

Cardi B owned 2018. She broke records, toured the nation, triumphed in her rap feuds, and became the top female rapper on the planet. Her ascension to fame seemed to happen overnight, but Cardi was hustling in several avenues before her big break finally came. After such a busy year, what better way for Cardi to follow it up then with new music? The sexy and talented entertainer was hanging out on Instagram Live on Tuesday talking to fans, and she revealed that she has a new album in the works. If all goes according to plan, Cardi would like to release the new project around the same time that she dropped Invasion of Privacy last year, which was in April. A deluxe edition of Invasion of Privacy is also expected to touch down in 2019 as well.

"Of course, it's going to be an album in 2019," stated Cardi. "Hopefully, I can get my album done around the same time that Invasion of Privacy came out," she continued. "I don't know how possible that's going to be because I feel like I'm going to be extremely, extremely busy." Cardi's second album might be one of the most anticipated projects of 2019.
