Rihanna's black-tie benefit in support of her Clara Lionel Foundation has added yet another name to the line up of performers set to take the stage at tonight's Diamond Ball. With Childish Gambino already an anticipated act, Mustard has now been added to the docket as Issa Rae plays host.
Proceeds from tonight's event will enable Rihanna's foundation to fund "innovative education projects and scholarships, emergency response programs and local micro-grants," Billboard reports. Last year's event saw Kendrick Lamar and Calvin Harris take the stage while Dave Chappelle was the host, pulling in over $5 million for the foundation. Attendees will have the chance to bid on a number of items such as On The Run II tour package, a Mariah Carey Las Vegas experience package, a Fenty Beauty holiday bundle and lots more.
"[...]I love everything that I do. I love fashion, I love makeup and I love giving back so it never felt like work,” Rihana said at last year's Diamond Ball. “It just felt like exciting times, moving through it, non-stop of course but I enjoy it.”
The party takes place tonight at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
