The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly reached a deal with veteran forward Michael Beasley, adding to a cast of characters that already includes Rajon Rondo, Lance Stephenson and JaVale McGee, all of whom signed on as free agents along with LeBron James this summer. According to ESPN's Chris Haynes, Beasley's deal is for one-year, $3.5 million.
Last season with the New York Knicks, Beas posted his best numbers since his third season in the league when he was a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 29-year old forward averaged 13.2 points and 5.6 rebounds in a little over 22 minutes of action per night.
