The "TABOO | TA13OO" tour has been given a boost. Not only is Denzel Curry added provisional dates to the tour, but he's recruited a few of the homies to share the stage with him for his 2-month bender. If you compare and contrast the tour posters you'll notice the initial listing did not include a New York date. Denzel made sure to rectify that.
Elsewhere, he added an additional concert in Toronto, after the 1st quickly sold out. Concerts promoters at the Adelaide were nice enough to forewarn Curry of his appeal across the border. The noticeable time lapses between gigs account for festival appearances in Europe, booked sporadically throughout the month.
The remainder of the listing remains untouched, save for the final two concerts in California. Curry added gigs and Santa Cruz and San Luis Obispo, two cities 160 miles apart. By tour's end Denzel will be resolutely thankful he chose to book on such short distance. The recruits Denzel has chosen as his openers are Kid Trunks, SosMula and ZillaKami, the latter two based out of New York's crusty underground scene.
Curry's latest album, for which the tour is based, has been lauded by critics, with our own Mitch Findlay calling it "a three-act triumph." Tickets are available here where applicable.
