The adventures of Anakin and Obi-Wan continue.

While Stars Wars: Attack of the Clones was a very questionable movie, the spin-off cartoon based around the Clone Wars was a much better project. Episode Two in the Star Wars films was mostly a love story, and when Hayden Christensen wasn't doing a horrible job of making us believe he was falling in love with Natalie Portman, George Lucas was busy using green screens and CGI at every instance possible. Star Wars fans wanted little to do with the Clone Wars until 2008 when Cartoon Network dropped Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The cartoon series was exponentially better than the movie, and amassed a cult following almost immediately. It ended in 2013, but now, a new trailer has hit the web showing that the adventures of Anakin and Obi-Wan are far from over. The trailer debuted at Comic-Con San Diego, which is taking place right now in Southern California. The trailer hints at the Siege of Mandalore, one of the greatest battles in Star Wars lore. The battle is one of the last in the Clone Wars, and the enemies are led by Darth Maul, a character who refuses to stay dead. Check out the new trailer below, and look out for  Star Wars: The Clone Wars to return when Disney launches their streaming service.
