Yo Gotti's Label Exec Sentenced To 10-14 Years For Hotel Lobby Shooting

Howard Wright, Collective Music Group executive, has pled guilty to shooting up a hotel lobby and two vehicles.

A label executive of Yo Gotti's CMG label has been sentenced to 10 to 14 years behind bars after he admitted to shooting up two vehicles and a hotel lobby possibly targetting Young Dolph in 2016.

According to Bossip, Howard "Keon" Wright -- Yo Gotti's road manager and vice president of Collective Music Group -- has pled guilty to several charges related to a 2016 shooting during CIAA weekend in Charlotte, N.C. Judge Carla N. Archie sentenced Wright to 10 to 14 years in prison. He's currently in custody in the county jail.

Wright, along with two other co-defendants, was set to start trial when he pled guilty. Kevin Thompson also pled guilty to numerous gun charges and Derek Bolton went to trial and was ultimately found not guilty of the charges.

The District Attorney's office said Wright pled guilty to five counts of discharging a firearm into occupied property, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle in operation, conspiracy to discharge a firearm into an occupied dwelling, eight counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun.

Wright admitted to shooting up a Sprinter van and an SUV as well as a Hyatt Hotel lobby while possibly targetting for Gotti's nemesis, Young Dolph, although that's yet to be confirmed.

According to the police report, security guards witnessed a car trying to make a getaway after 40-50 shots were fired into the hotel lobby and two vehicles on Feb 28th, 2016. After the police stopped the car, Howard hopped out of the vehicle and ran with a rifle and handgun on him before dropping the weapons and submitting to his arrest.
