Of the releases that took place on December 21, 21 Savage's i am > i was picked up the most traction but A Boogie wit da Hoodie's new project is not being slept on. The two have been selling in high numbers as Hoodie SZN continues to strive on the charts. With each listen, it seems the album gets a little better too. One of the more personal songs on the record is "4 Min Convo (Favorite Song)," which acts as a nice refresher after pick-me-ups "Startender" and "Skeezers." "4 Min Convo" comes near the end of the tracklist but it's clearly one of the most meaningful cuts to A Boogie. Because of this, he decided to extend its pull with a brand new video.
A Boogie is starting off the year the same way he ended 2018: with new content. "4 Min Convo" has the New York rapper reflecting on why he decided to start rapping, how he tried not to freak out the first time he met Future, and more. The video for the song is fairly simple as A Boogie mobs out in front of the camera. Much of the work happens behind-the-scenes as filters have been added to each shot, giving somewhat of a comic book vibe to the clip.
What do you think of the new video?
