The Quality Control family got work in the cut.

This year has been incredible for Lil Baby. After the release of his recent project, Harder Than Ever, he landed his first top 10 single with the Drake assisted "Yes Indeed" and debuted in the top 5 of the Billboard 200. Baby is currently one of the young artists coming out of the heavy Quality Control team which includes both Migos and Cardi B. We've heard him work with several members of the Migos in the past but it looks like he has new music with Cardi B coming soon.

Lil Baby touched on the possibility of a collaboration with Cardi B on his appearance on Big Boy's Neighborhood. The rapper revealed that the two have some music in the cut and he was actually supposed to be featured on Lil Yachty's "Who Want The Smoke" with Offset and Cardi B. Unfortunately, he didn't get his verse done in time.

"I mess with Cardi B. Me and her cool. We got some stuff worked up. I was supposed to been on the song with her and Lil Yachty, "Who Want The Smoke," but I ain't end up gettin' done with it," he said. "But me and her got something crazy."

Despite the fact that he said that he finds it difficult to catch vibes with female rappers in the studio, he finds Cardi B an exception.

"I don't really never catch the right vibes with girl rappers," he said. "But she be more like family so it be kinda cool. And she more like a n***a rapper."
