In honor of Veterans Day, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Under Armour have unveiled their newest capsule from the Project Rock collection as part of the UA Freedom initiative, which celebrates our military and first responders. In 2018 alone, UA has provided over $1 million in resources to military, first responders and their families within four core areas: education, activity, mentorship and service.
According to Under Armour, the Project Rock Veteran’s Day collection is a throwback to a traditional military look, dominated by olives, black and greys across a number of men’s and women’s training and apparel styles. The capsule also features a new camo colorway of the Project Rock 1, which The Rock says were created "to be one of the best training shoes you’ve ever worn."
"I didn’t create these shoes to win a fashion show. @underarmour and I created them to be one of the best training shoes you’ve ever worn. Put to the test by me personally in my #IronParadise. In honor of the most badass people on the planet. A new camo colorway of my #1s elling PROJECT ROCK 1’s shoe. Train hard. Stay strong."
Additionally, the collection includes an array of accessories, including a camo backpack duffel and camo water bottle canteen, as well as the UA JBL Sport Wireless Train headphones – Project Rock edition.
The full collection of Project Rock gear will be available starting Thursday, November 8.
