Donald Trump loves Tomi Lahren.
The POTUS 45 took to Twitter as though to pat her on the back, calling her a “truly outstanding and respected woman.”
The Fox News pundit and agent provocateur was having brunch at a Minneapolis restaurant with her parents over the weekend, when a girl threw a glass of water on Tomi, while she was leaving. She took to Twitter to address the incident before speaking about it the following day on Fox & Friends.
“They thought it would be funny to throw water at me and then start chanting profanity. Again, not something that I’m not used to but it’s really disheartening. “ Tomi said on Fox & Friends.
“I do get humiliated and embarrassed just like anyone else. But I’m tough; my family’s tough; we can handle it. I think that those that threw the water and were applauding and laughing about it, wanted to get their fifteen minutes of fame by making a video about me. I think looking back, those are the people that are gonna be embarrassed by their actions.” She said.
The commentator has been vocal about her views on many black celebrities; slamming Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Colin Kaepernick for their public pro-black stance. But personalities Charlamagne Tha God and Noah Trevor have lent her an ear, in hopes of having more positive exchanges.
Now that’s she got her co-sign from Trump, she probably won’t be changing her tune anytime soon.
