Following the airing of ABC’s American Music Awards last night, Jimmy Kimmel decided to do another special edition of his “mean tweets” segment featuring a slew of big named artists. Of those artists that participated were Tyga, Schoolboy Q, G-Eazy, Halsey, Pink, Gwen Stefani, Chainsmokers, and even Miley Cyrus, among many others.
With R.E.M’s “Everybody Hurts” playing in the background, several artists & musicians read “mean tweets” about themselves from Twitter. Tyga read “Tyga’s pants to tight #dickless,” while Halsey received a rather raunchy tweet, reading “I like some of Halsey’s songs but my god she sounds like a goat getting fucked in the ass.” Schoolboy Q also had a good one as well, which read, “shout out to Schoolboy Q, he uglier than a mother fucker,” as Q laughed at his own expense. “G-Eazy is like the American cheese of cheeses or like the boxed wine of wines or some other shitty thing,” Young Gerald read.
This edition of “mean tweets” comes just a few months after we saw another hip-hop edition surface featuring Lil Wayne, Big Sean, A$AP Rocky and others (see here).
