“It’s the best I’ve ever felt right now."

Earlier this week New England Patriots superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski put an end to any rumors that he might be retiring from the NFL when he announced that he had met with head coach Bill Belichick, and informed him that he'd be back for the 2018 NFL season.

The post on Gronk's official instagram account read in part, "I have been working out, staying in shape and feel great. Looking forward to another championship run." The comments provided some relief to Patriots fans who believed that the soon-to-be 29-year old Pro Bowler was seriously mulling retirement. Following New England's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LII, Gronk left the door open regarding his future.

When asked about retirement during the post-game Gronk said, "I don't know how you heard that, but I mean, I'm definitely going to look at my future, for sure." But that's all in the past now.

Gronkowski recently shared a video on Uninterrupted in which he said he's never felt better, adding, "I feel super, super pliable."

“Last two months have been wild,” Gronkowski says in the video (H/T Boston.com). “There’s been fake news left and right, no doubt about that. There’s been some real news but I would say way more fake news. The last two months have been a grind. Just seeing where I’ve been at, you know, after the season.”

“It’s the best I’ve ever felt right now. Feeling great,” he said. “I’ve been working out hard. I feel super, super pliable. Man, it’s huge. It’s a difference maker.”
