Drake scores big as he reaches a settlement with Hebrew Hustle.

For the last few weeks, we've received several updates regarding Drake's ongoing legal drama with Hebrew Hustle, a music publishing company that claims he ripped off a sample in "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music II." The case has been dragging on for quite some time but thankfully, the Canadian superstar no longer has to worry about appearing in court. According to The Blast, he's officially reached a settlement with Hebrew Hustle to drop the lawsuit entirely.

We previously reported that Drake had filed a countersuit against the publishing company for mental distress, using his name and face in order to defame him. It is now being written that both sides reached an agreement to drop the case altogether, and Hebrew Hustle will be paying Drake to end their legal battle. The court documents reportedly read that the company has "agreed to compensate Graham on confidential financial settlement terms for the False Endorsement and Right of Publicity claims and also to the entry of this consent order."

Both sides will pay their own legal bills but Drake is winning big at the end of the day. The case was scheduled to begin trial later this month and Drake was going to appear in court. Obviously, that will no longer happen now.
