ATLien emcee Future announced a new single called "Honest" during a backstage interview with Rap-Up TV at Power 106's annual Powerhouse concert last night. The track will be included on his upcoming Future Hendrix album, and is slated to drop in 2-3 weeks' time. "It’s like a club up-tempo record," he said. "Now’s my turn to give them something from me without the features. It’s me by myself. I don’t have a feature on this."
As for the album itself, he expressed much confidence in the project. “Expect some real classic music. Expect passion and just being able to express myself in a different way on every record. I’m just coming in different, unique ways to approach the track,” he said.
He also addressed his "Where You Go" single with his current partner Ciara, which was supposed to be included on Future Hendrix. Ciara apparently wanted it for her own project. "She’s like, 'I need this song. It just seems like it was just speaking to me. Give it to me, give it to me.' I was like, 'Man, cool, you can have it.'"
That's all the information we have for now, folks. You can peep the full interview below, if you wish.
