McDonald's unveils the company's new corporate headquarters during a grand opening ceremony on June 4, 2018 in Chicago, Illinois. The company headquarters is returning to the city, which it left in 1971, from suburban Oak Brook. Approximately 2,000 people will work from the building.
McDonald's is bringing the 90's back.

The 90's was an amazing time. Hip-hop music flourished in what many consider to be the Golden Era. Besides Biggie and Tupac, the 90's witnessed the rise of Nas, Jay-Z, DMX, Eminem, Cam'ron, The LOX, Outkast, A Tribe Called Quest, and many others. Fashion in the 90's was colorful and inventive. People wore denim overalls with one side left unhooked, and clothes were worn in the baggiest size possible. Some of that 90's style will be returning today for McDonald's McDelivery Day.

McDonald's is celebrating McDelivery Day today (July 19) through the Uber Eats app. Since it is a Thursday, the company decided to stick with the throwback theme. Customers must order at least $5 worth of food starting at 10:30 AM local time from the Uber Eats app to receive the McDelivery Day throwback special. Free 90's themed gifts will be given out at random for those customers. The gifts include track pants, phone cases, denim jackets, bandannas, fanny packs, socks, T-shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and pins. Customers cannot cash in on this deal in stores, as it is exclusively offered through the partnership of Uber Eats and McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and order breakfast or lunch for the office this morning, so the entire staff can be blessed with throwback gear.
