Over the weekend, Paulina Gretzky, daughter of NHL legend Wayne Gretzky, deleted every photo of her longtime fiance, Dustin Johnson, from her instagram page, leading to speculation that the couple could be headed for a split. According to The Sun, the only selfie with a golfer she left on there is with Tiger Woods at the 2016 Ryder Cup.
Shortly after Gretzky scrubbed her page of everything DJ-related, rumors surfaced that a woman named Yassie Safai was to blame for their breakup after she and Dustin Johnson had an affair. However, Safai has denied those claims.
According to TMZ, Safai explains:
"I met Dustin Johnson at Sherwood Country Club. I have run into him at Sherwood maybe 4 times since then and yes briefly spoke with him, like I'm sure any avid golfer and member would. I am sure he is a great person but we do not have a close friendship. I have never met Paulina Gretzky and do not know the Gretzky family, but again, I am sure they are great people. I have no insight into the rumors around Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky's relationship. I wish them nothing but the best. I just want to go back to living my normal life."
For what it's worth, Gretzky still "follows" Johnson on the 'gram so maybe she has another reason for deleting every photo of her fiance from the account, which boasts more than 717,000 followers. The duo have been engaged since 2013 and have two sons together, Tatum, 3, and River, 1.
