Justin's team is looking to make this case as easy as can be.

The house egging case surrounding Justin Bieber will finally see the singer making his way to court to settle it once and for all. As we've previously posted, the Biebs skipped out on a recent deposition to hang with his now fiancee in New York and now he can't outrun his 2014 incident anymore. According to The Blast, the upcoming meeting with Justin and his former neighbour (whose home had $20,000 in damages) had will have some guidelines.

Justin's lawyers are requesting that the singer's past behaviour cannot be brought up in court to be used against him any further. Specifically, Justin's team is asking that the recent N-Word case - where a Black man accused Justin of calling him the name - not be discussed, deeming it irrelevant to the case.

"Whether Bieber was a bad neighbor — either by driving fast around the neighborhood, hosting loud parties or having poor guests — has absolutely nothing to do with the case," the documents read.

When Rodney Tobias Cannon sued Justin for allegedly throwing racist terms his way, Justin's manager defended him in a series of tweets. "Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes," he said. "This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years."
