Casanova will reportedly surrender to cops tomorrow over the alleged assault of a woman at a diner this past weekend.

It's been a major year for Casanova. The rapper recently released his project Commissary which included his massive street singles, "Gripped Up" and "Set Trippin'." Unfortunately, he faced some serious allegations this past weekend. A woman accused the Brooklyn rapper of assaulting her inside of a diner. A warrant has been issued out for his arrest and according to reports, the rapper plans on turning himself in soon.

According to The New York Post, Casanova is expected to surrender to police on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest this  pastweekend. A woman alleged that he and his crew attacked her because he thought she was video taping him in the restaurant. The alleged victim, Niya Rucker, claimed in a report against Casanova that he and his crew left her with a broken jaw after the incident.

Rucker said that she was simply filming her meal for her Instagram live when Cas and his clique believed she was taping them. She claimed that one of her attackers had her in a chokehold before Casanova pulled up and took the phone out of her hand to allegedly delete the picture. Ruck claimed that she needed four stitches on her face after the assault.

“Casanova adamantly denies the allegation that he assaulted anyone,” Cas' lawyer Scott Leemon said. “Any contention he did so is totally false. We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into these false allegations.”

This comes shortly after Casanova revealed that he isn't on parole any more. The rapper seemed to also speak on the alleged incident shortly after it happened. On Instagram, the rapper shared a photo shortly after the alleged incident happened and captioned it, "Y’all know my body..I’m built for this type of shit..Picture me risking it all over a chick."
