The ex-NBA star says Allison Mathis is using court case to get more loot.

Ex-NBA star Chris Bosh has a lot on his plate. In addition to his mother suing him, he also claims the mother of his child, Allison Mathis, is falsifying documents to commit fraud in their bitter custody battle for their daughter, Trinity.

The two have been hashing it out in court for years. Now, Mathis has taken Bosh back to court accusing him of breaching their parenting agreement signed in 2014. She claims their agreement was to keep their daughter’s commute within a three-hour distance, or else they’d have to work out a new parenting plan. From what Mathis says, Bosh broke the agreement when he moved to Los Angeles, which means Trinity will have to travel five hours on a one-way flight from there to Orlando, compared when he lived in Miami, and the commute was only fifty minutes. She says these cross-country roundtrips for one weekend will ultimately affect their daughter’s well-being.

Mathis is also asking Bosh to cover her attorney fees, in excess of $67,000. Bosh filed court docs in response, accusing Mathis and her layer of falsifying invoices for legal fees.

As reported on The Blast, Bosh claims Mathis has submitted five separate billing statements with each version modified. He also claims they added entries for tasks never performed, time entries for hearings that never occurred, increased time entries from prior bills, and new times entries. Bosh has pleaded for the court to intervene to prevent Mathis and her lawyer from profiting from these false charges, but the judge has yet to rule.
