Bill Cosby's freedom will be decided by 12 people.

The jury in Bill Cosby's retrial is left to come up with a unanimous conclusion on whether the former "American Dad" is guilty or not guilty. The five women and seven men are making their decision based on the recalling of events by Andrea Constand, who said Bill gave her pills that knocked her out, leading him to sexually assault her - as well as testimony from five other women.

According to CBS Local, just two hours into the jury's deliberation, they asked the judge what the proper definition of consent is. Judge Steve O’Neill would not provide them with an answer, saying they've been given the definitions of the charges they are considering. “The time for the defendant to escape justice is over. It’s finally time for the defendant to dine on the banquet of his own consequences,” prosecutor Stewart Ryan told the jury.

“I have never seen or heard of a retrial that was as different as this was from the first trial,” lawyer Dennis McAndrews told the publication. “The prosecution now had multiple victims and the defense had the issue of money, which were powerful weapons for both sides.”

If Bill is convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison for each count.
