Wiz Khalifa's lawsuit against a concert promoter has been thrown out of court.

Although Wiz Khalifa said in a recent interview with the Breakfast Club that he was unaware of any $1 million lawsuit against a concert promoter, now he doesn't have to be-- the lawsuit was reportedly dismissed.

The lawsuit was filed against concert promoter It's My Party Inc., over a cancelled show at George Mason University. The TGOD rapper was promised 85k for the show plus a cut of the profits. The concert promoter responded to Wiz's lawsuit saying that Wiz never signed a contract, so there was no deal.

A judge agreed with It's My Party Inc., and dismissed the lawsuit.
