The Dallas Cowboys suffered a 16-8 loss against the Carolina Panthers in the season opener on Sunday afternoon, much to the delight of Dallas' former Pro Bowl receiver, Dez Bryant.
Bryant, who has yet to sign with another team, took to twitter following the Cowboys' 0-1 start to the season to troll his former team. Additionally, he gushed over the possibility of lining up alongside Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman and Chris Hogan on the New England Patriots, and hinted at possibly joining the Cowboys' NFC East rival, the Washington Redskins.
The 29-year old wide receiver turned down a three-year deal from the Baltimore Ravens earlier this Summer and most recently visited the Cleveland Browns, whom offered him a one-year contract worth less than $5 million, according to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio. ESPN reports that Bryant prefers a one-year deal so he can re-establish himself in hopes of getting a bigger payday next season, but it's unclear whether a base value of less than $5 million is enough for him to sign with Cleveland.
