French Montana doesn't think Khabib Nurmagomedov should be reprimanded for his actions at UFC 229.

French Montana is backing his boy Khabib Nurmagomedov, in the event of his immediate suspension relating to the violence that ensued after his submission victory over Conor Mcgregor. Unfortunately, Montana's support has little bearing on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's pending investigation into the matter.

"We’ll see," White said when asked about the prospects of a Nurmagomedov suspension. “The NSAC is going to hand down some type of fine or suspension, we’ll see. I don’t know. If he gets suspended, it depends how long it is but yeah he will probably get stripped if it’s a long suspension."

With that being said, French Montana will remain an ardent fan. He even claims to have won $100,000 on the fight itself. "The guy wrestles bears why would you want to fight him?" he asked a field reporter scrounging for quotes.

As for French's opinion as to whether Khabib Nurmagomedov, he says "Absolutely NOT." Moreover, he would like to see a rematch enacted. Conor McGregor appears to want one as well. Aside from French, a few other celebrities have come to Khabib's defense, including Pusha T, who coincidentally has sided with the fighter (Khabib) standing opposite to Drake (McGregor). His message post-fight: "sometimes u have to burn the whole house down...i understand."
