The Tobias Cannon lawsuit against Justin Bieber is still very much ongoing especially since new footage shows a birdseye view of the incident where Biebs grabbed Tobias' shirt and punched him. Tobias sued Justin after the June 8th, 2016 fight during the NBA Finals in Cleveland, claiming Justin became agitated after Tobias would not delete a photo of Justin off his phone.
In the video, it's clear to see that Justin took Tobias' glasses and put them on, Tobias took a photo, Justin looked at the photo, an exchange happened, Tobias walked away and Justin wasn't having it.
Tobias' court documents state that Bieber made "threatening communications made in public in front of a number of people including racial epithets," adding how he said the N-word.
"It is disgusting to me to see this man lie and try to bring race into a situation to scare us into a payment again. He never said these things before because they never happened. This is a smear tactic to get money and it’s gross," Justin's manager Scooter Braun said of the case. "Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes. This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years."
