Wendy Williams has dodged a million dollar case.

Black Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, sued Wendy Williams last year for defamation, slander, and harassment. Tokyo, whose real name is Shalana Jones-Hunter claimed that when Wendy trashed her on national television, showing a “great deal of hate," it put her in serious distress. Tokyo said she wasn't able to sleep or eat and had to quit her job as an Uber and Lyft driver because of all the hate. “I am highly depressed and my blood pressure is up,” she stated in the lawsuit. She even claimed that her personal relationship ended “due to [Williams’] lies.”

The Blast now reports that Tokyo's $1 million case has been dismissed because she failed to serve Wendy with the legal documents. The publication notes how the Judge warned Tokyo of this happening and since she never followed up on her side of her claims, the case was dropped. Tokyo didn't even show up to court to ask for an extension.

“We are very satisfied justice has prevailed and this lawsuit was rightfully thrown out," a rep for Wendy shared to the publication.

As for Tokyo's daughter Blac, her boyfriend (YBN Almighty Jay) recently said that dating the mother of two is his "most standout" moment. "Ni**as don't know I like f*cking old people though. Not old, but I like f*cking milfs. I love that shit."
