It's December 30th, and Boosie's "Christmas List" is still doling out the goods.

"Christmas List" is the most understated song about fatherhood to come out in a while. That's at least how Boosie Badazz and YFN Lucci interpreted the assignment. As we all know, Boosie likes to turn the holiday stretch into a series of hoopster games. Now that he's back in charge of delegating his family's material gains, and not the commissary, Boosie wants his children to enjoy the fruit of his labor, no questions asked.

Rich Homie Quan's closing verse is a reminder to us all, as to why Rich Gang was so highly regarded before he and Thugger split apart. His performance on "Christmas List" oozes a sense of rhythm and pace that hearkens back to Rich Gang's short period of prosperity. All to say, Rich As Shit probably deserving of another spin, if you weren't wise to Homie Quan's comeback narrative when it popped off.

Quotable Lyrics:

Christmas meant for me we couldn't go to bed, homie (I couldn't)
Only thing I wanted was a bike with the pegs on it (I didn't get it)
We pour our eggnog on the ground for our dead homies (Rest in peace)
I'm lit like candlelight and I'm in that same bag Santa got (On God)
Might celebrate with Boosie, get it poppin'.
