On December 6, 2010, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Chris Bosh and the rest of the Miami Heat took the court in Milwaukee for a game against the Bucks, just months after Miami's "Big 3" was officially formed. During the first quarter of that game, Wade dropped a no look bounce pass to LeBron on the fastbreak and he flushed it with his signature dunk while Wade spread his arms in celebration.
That iconic image was recently turned into an incredible tattoo, courtesy of well known tattoo artist, Steve Butcher, who specializes in lifelike portraits. The details are remarkable. Everything from Wade's facial expression and LeBron's Nike LeBron 8s right down to the detailing in D-Wade's knee pad and the look on Luc Mbah a Moute's face is perfectly illustrated in the ink.
Butcher shared a detailed look at the LeBron x Wade tattoo today with his 730,000 instagram followers, explaining that the piece took about 21 hours to finish.
