Colts' QB Andrew Luck admits to "foul play" during his recovery.

Andrew Luck is playing in his first NFL game since 2016. Now that he's been cleared to resume his career on the field, Andrew Luck let out a little dirty secret in a communique with the NFL Network, who then published a story on the matter. Apparently, the slow healing process behind his torn labrum injury was worsened by sprain in his AC joint, he incurred in a snowboarding accident in Colorado. Although it's unclear when the accident occurred, it should be noted that his employers have not taken legal action against him, and remain very much invested in the team's prospects with him at the helm.

"This was after the initial injury," Luck told NFL Network. "I went back, rehabbed it with the Colts. I've had a bunch of AC sprains, both left and right shoulder, and resolved that issue. But the labrum has been my issue, was my issue, what I worked through, what I got surgery on."

Without Andrew Luck at the helm last season, the Indianapolis Colts were a dismal 4-12 and fired their longtime coach Chuck Pagano. The Colts are currently leading the Cincinnati Bengals 10-3 in the 2nd quarter of their season opener. Colts' fans will be happy to hear that Luck has altogether abandoned snowboarding after the injury setback.
