Wade is committed to Miami.

Dwyane Wade has already left behind a very impressive legacy, and if he bowed out of the game now, no one would criticize him. He sits atop three championships, and has been one of the best players in the league for the majority of his career. He may be getting older, but we did see flashes of vintage Wade during the playoffs this past season.

Rumors of Wade's retirement have been circling the web for months, and overseas leagues felt it was the perfect time to pitch the veteran an offer. Wade was offered $25 million to join the Zhejian Golden Bulls, which would add a considerable chunk of change to his bank account while he would also face less daunting competition than he would in the NBA. According to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, Wade has no desire to play in China. In fact, Reynolds claims that Wade has no interest in playing anywhere other than Miami, the city where he built his legacy. On Saturday (Aug. 11), Reynolds tweeted "More Wade from Jr. NBA: 'If I'm playing the game of basketball this year, it'll be in a Miami uniform.' (Take note: China was never a real option for this year.)"
