With each G.O.O.D. Music release of the last three weeks, there has been a high profile listening party the night before. With Kanye West producing Nas' next seven-song outing, he has been casually adopted as a G.O.O.D. affiliate. Out of the five albums Ye has been working on, Nas' has been the most intriguing of the bunch. While he is not formally a member of Kanye's label, G.O.O.D. Music is still pushing Nas' new album equally as hard as they did with Daytona, ye and Kids See Ghosts. With the fourth installment of Kanye's production takeover coming this Friday, the album launch will officially happen tomorrow in Nas' hometown of Queens, New York.
Announced by Elliott Wilson, the founder of Rap Radar and former Editor-in-Chief of XXL Magazine, Nas will be holding an exclusive event tomorrow night ahead of the official drop. Although he did not divulge much information, the basics are good enough for the time being as details are sure to follow. Noting the date of the listening session, its purpose and which city it will be held in, Wilson was mum on an exact time and location for the party.
There is no word yet on if the event will be live-streamed as in past weeks with the ye and Kids See Ghosts launches. Hopefully, Nas drops his project when the clock strikes midnight on Friday instead of keeping fans on edge like with the last two G.O.O.D. Music drops.
