Chris Brown is a regular guy. He goes through many of the same issues that we face, on a much more public level of course. For example, how many of us have fallen victim to missing the former lover? Sometimes you may want to shoot your ex a text saying "what's up," or try to stir up a conversation by contacting them on a special date. That's exactly what Chris Brown did, when he posted cryptic birthday messages for his former lover Karrueche Tran on Instagram.
Brown posted clips from his "Autumn Leaves" music video, in which Tran plays his love interest. He captioned one of the posts with a 🎉emoji, signifying a celebration. In another post, he pieced together screenshots from the video where he kisses Tran on the forehead then holds her.
Brown deleted the posts after fans of his former lover started to drag him on social media.

Tran placed a 5-year restraining order on Brown last year, citing physical and mental abuse as the reason for the legal action. That may be why Brown decided to post on social media instead of contacting her directly, but his backtracking proves that he still felt guilty about the posting the clips.
