After appearing on Drake's new track, many assumed 2 Chainz to be a guaranteed guest at Drizzy's OVO Fest. To fans' surprise he didn't appear during performances of "All Me" and "Mercy," but when the setlist appeared the next day (view in the gallery above), it was clear that Tity 2 Necklace was meant to be there.
Tity provided a brief apology and explanation for his absence today, pointing towards "exaggerated harassment" for his delayed arrival. It's possible the rapper is referring to running into trouble at customs.
Despite the lack of 2 Chainz, OVO Fest was still a great success with no shortage of guests.
