Lil Baby's breakout year is winding down, but the Atlanta rapper still has gas left in the tank. Last night, Baby dropped off his second (and a half, if we're counting the Gunna-assisted Drip Too Hard) album of the year in Street Gossip, which finds the Usual Suspects in tow. Gunna, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, and Offset are but some of the names contributing to Baby's cause, with the latter pair coming through for highlight track "Realist In It."
Though Baby is certainly capable of holding his own alongside bonafide veterans, both Offset and Gucci Mane lay down impressive verses, with the Guwop coming through to steal the show. Off the bat, it's evident that Gucci isn't playing, as he kicks things off with an unexpectedly dexterous flow; it's no secret that Gucci's technical prowess is notable, yet it's rare we seem him focusing so much energy on flow. "Trappin' out my Box Chevy, me and OJ, Michael Jackson with the glove, Annie, are you okay?" spits Gucci, warming up for Evil Genius. "Junkies in the hood singin' like the old Jay, dope so good, make your uncle sell the Bluray."
