It was announced a few days ago that Montreal producer Kaytranada would be releasing a trio of songs on Friday, giving fans a look into some of his newer work. He is one of the most accomplished people to have come out of the Canadian city in the last five years, becoming a well-known beatmaker in the hip-hop landscape. As he continues to work with some of the top artists in the world, he's enlisted Ty Dolla $ign to lay down his signature raspy vocals on "NOTHIN LIKE U," one of the new cuts from the triplet pack.
The song is officially available for streaming or preview depending on where you're located, as Ty hops on the energetic R&B cut. Kaytra definitely uses more of an electronic mindset in his production, offering a different vibe than what we're used to hearing on Dolla tracks. As always though, he still manages to sound great.
