Comethazine is one of the most buzzing artists in the hip-hop world. After recently releasing his BAW$KEE project, the young rapper dropped a few music videos to accompany it. He teamed up with Ronny J, Lil Yachty, Ugly God, Mustard, and others as the project has left a generally good impression on first-time listeners. As he still gets his name out to casual fans, Comethazine appears to be experiencing some issues with his record label, airing out his feelings on Instagram.
The star surprisingly went after his label in a few recent additions to his IG story. Before announcing his intention to create his own label, which would surely free him of any drama he's having elsewhere, the St. Louis native took aim at Alamo Records for unknown reasons. Perhaps he believes they're holding him back or maybe he thinks he could be utilized in a more efficient manner. The reasoning is unclear but he felt strongly enough to write "my label the opps" for his 475K followers to read.
He is currently with Alamo Records where he shares a label with Smokepurpp, 03 Greedo, Wifisfuneral, and the 1017 Eskimo roster.
Of course, Comethazine is not the only artist that has felt betrayed by their label as countless others before him have chosen to speak out on social media concerning their deals. We'll keep an eye on his page to see if an explanation is imminent.
